Overview — what is Trezor® Suite?
Trezor® Suite is the secure, official application that lets you manage cryptocurrencies with your Trezor® hardware wallet. The Suite exists as a desktop app and web interface that together provide account management, transactions, firmware updates and integrations. For browser-based connections you may be prompted to install Trezor® Bridge, a local helper that enables safe USB communication between your browser and the device.
Download & first-time login
Always download the app and helpers from trezor.io/start. Choose the correct Trezor® Suite App for your operating system and follow the installer. When you connect your Trezor® hardware wallet, you’ll be guided through the Trezor® Wallet Login flow: confirm the device screen, enter your PIN on the device, and approve actions physically. Never enter your recovery seed into a computer or website.
Common connection errors & fixes
- Error Connecting Trezor® Account: try a different USB cable/port, avoid hubs, and restart both computer and device.
- Trezor® Bridge Download: reinstall Bridge from the official site if Suite or browser cannot detect the device.
- Trezor® Suite App not working / Can't verify Trezor® Wallet: update Suite, check firmware, and use the desktop app if the browser interface fails.
- Trezor® Login not working / Unable to login Trezor®: check for blocked drivers, try Chrome or Edge, and temporarily disable antivirus that may block USB drivers.
Account recovery, seed safety & 2FA tips
Account recovery uses your recovery seed (usually 12–24 words depending on setup). If you cannot login, recover on a trusted device using your seed. Never share the seed or enter it into online forms. If you rely on Trezor® for access to a third-party service that uses 2FA, the service provider handles 2FA resets (Trezor® itself does not reset third-party 2FA). If you suspect the seed was exposed, move funds to a new wallet immediately.
When to contact support
If the steps above fail, visit the Trezor® Help Center. Provide non-sensitive details (device model, firmware version, OS) but never share your recovery seed or private keys.

FAQs
- 1. Where do I download Trezor® Suite and Bridge?
- From trezor.io/start. Always verify the URL and certificate.
- 2. My Trezor® login fails — is my seed needed?
- Usually no. Try connection fixes first. Use your seed only to recover accounts if the device is lost/damaged.
- 3. How do I fix "Error Connecting Trezor® Account"?
- Change USB cable/port, reinstall Bridge, try the desktop Suite, and check OS USB drivers.
- 4. Can Trezor® reset 2FA for other services?
- No — 2FA resets are handled by the specific service (exchange, email provider). Trezor® secures keys but does not control third-party account recovery.
- 5. What if I can't verify transactions on my device?
- Do not approve. Reconnect, verify the Suite prompt matches the device screen, and contact support if suspicious.
